I have purchased TT Table + TT balls from Vinex. From initial communication to delivery of items, my experience I with Vinex is excellent.

A personal situation arose at a very short notice for me triggered by a rather sudden announcement that a relative would be in Delhi in transit. I had to meet him and his son who had done extremely well in his school examinations. I searched online for a suitable gift for the boy as I had very little flexibility to check the actual stores. The items I chose (table tennis racquet and balls) were showing "out of stock". Despite having barely 24 hours available with me, I took the chance of calling up Vinex and spoke to Lalit and Chandramohan who informed me about a recent fire in the warehouse which caused the out of stock problems across umpteen products. YET, they PROACTIVELY told me that they could arrange the item and ship it to my residence in under 24 hrs. - AND THEY DID! (To my utter relief and satisfaction). This was executed on the basis of a phone call, an e-mail and an online wire-transfer... but most importantly, because of the dedication, customer friendliness and excellent business focus on part of the team members involved. I received the products via BlueDart and in good condition... was able to meet my relative and delight his son too. These personal experiences are small but extremely significant in the impact they have - on both the customer's psyche and even more importantly, the most valuable asset a company has - Goodwill. I have already spread the word around about Vinexshop.com to my personal contacts.... I compared price on multiple websites and I found the best price here. I was little worried about the quality of delivery since the price of the product was below 400. We are delighted to find the product in a very good delivery condition. Would like to see more options in this category.

I tried to pay online and it did not go through due to some system issues. I was truly surprised when your representative called me up to let me know that there was an issue and I can try paying the same after a couple of hours. This was totally a surprise for me as I have never seen such a response in the past from anyone else for a failed transaction and you guys really impressed me!
